  33. objects being drawn together on the large scale? Can we measure the 
  34. "gravity" of individual particles in an experimental environment?
  35. If the gravitational force is not measurable in a "small" experiment because 
  36. of other forces being greater, then how can we be sure that another "force" 
  37. is not present, but similarly masked by forces that are stronger at short 
  38. distances?

  47. Careful! Someone who credits the accuracy of reports of "paranormal" 
  48. phenomena and can discount "normal" explanations can likewise cite the 
  49. "effects" as proof for a force. The only way we measure gravity is by 
  50. quantifying its effects. If "psychic forces" produced more regular effects 
  51. we might be able to quantify them the same way.

  54. threaten each other? We don't need the aliens..... <G>
